Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time:
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Age-Restricted Products:
Our products are intended for adult customers only. Orders may require age verification and/or an adult signature upon delivery. By placing an order, the customer confirms they are of legal age to purchase these products in their state.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Puff Playground is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returned Packages:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help review the issue.
